Well, what a massive end to 2007 it was for MultiPanel! In a 9 week whirl wind tour of the world CEO Tony Russo and International Sales Manager Leanne Russo visited 10 countries and exhibited at four international trade shows. They included IBEX in Miami, Ft Lauderdale International Boat Show, METS in Amsterdam and The Big 5 Building and Construction Show in Dubai. This took the tally up to 10 domestic and international shows for the year.
The First shows were IBEX in Miami and the Ft Lauderdale International Boat Show where MultiPanel exhibited with the assistance and in conjunction with its Canadian / North American distributor Thermoboat (www.thermoboat.com). Hugh Carroll the President of Thermoboat (seen below) said "We're impressed with its unique ability to fit original curved surfaces such as bulkheads. Builders could also reduce a boat's overall weight by hundreds of pounds with MultiPanel”. MultiPanel is very happy with the progress Hugh has made in such a short time since the boat shows completion.
From The states it was onto Europe and METS in Holland. This was MultiPanel’s biggest and best exhibition show to date. The opportunities were unsurmountable. Being able to deal with in excess of over 27 countries within three day period has set the ball rolling for a fantastic start to 2008.
The crowds were from all around the world and were enthusiastic about the versatility of MultiPanel. Since the show, MultiPanel has been able to implement a global approach and a strategy that has given MultiPanel the platform to target the European market.
From Europe onto Dubai where MultiPanel set out to showcase its diversity by exhibiting to the building and construction sectors of Dubai and the rest of the world at the BIG 5 Building and Construction Show.
Again great interest was achieved and enormous enthusiasm was shown for the unique attributes of MultiPanel. Designers were overwhelmed by the ease in which MultiPanel can be heat formed to achieve curves and bends. The fact that its 100% waterproof again proved a winner with many of the concepts being for water features and exterior use. By adding features such as metal coat finishes in its rich and varied colours was also very popular with the architects throughout Dubai.
