Friend,

Beets are loaded with Potassium, Magnesium, Beta-Carotene and Folate (one of the B Vitamins). These nutrients can help keep your heart healthy, your bones strong and even prevent cancer.

For those with high blood pressure, eating a few beets regularly will help keep your blood pressure down. Other foods high in Potassium, like dried Apricots and Avocados will help do that too.

See you next week,

Don.
