Why is the Alumni Network important to me?

An effective alumni network is a vehicle for the establishment of vital connections between students and the corporate world, providing a channel for current students to obtain relevant work experience through mentoring, internships and industry placement opportunities. It also provides a useful medium for students who are already in the workplace to network with other industry professionals.

To gain the best value out of your postgraduate education, take an early step to build your professional network. Keep an eye on griffith.edu.au/gbs for alumni news and events. Most importantly, your support is vital to the development of the Network. Tell friends and colleagues about us, promote the Network to graduates, give us feedback or participate as a volunteer.

It’s never too early to get involved in the wider alumni community. If you are interested in registering our Manager, Alumni (Business), Ms Joanne Nyland would be delighted to talk to you about the Network. visit: griffith.edu.au/gbsalumni or email gbs-alumni@griffith.edu.au to contact her.
