Why is the Alumni Network important to me? An effective alumni network is a vehicle for the establishment of vital connections between students and the corporate world, providing a channel for current students to obtain relevant work experience through mentoring, internships and industry placement opportunities. It also provides a useful medium for students who are already in the workplace to network with other industry professionals.
