The Griffith Business School Alumni Network Outstanding Alumnus Awards aim to recognise the remarkable achievements and successes of our alumni. The 2014 recipients of the awards will be honoured at our Annual Dinner and Award Night, at the Sofitel Brisbane on Friday 31 October.

Our previous Outstanding Alumnus and Young Outstanding Alumnus of the Year award winners have worked in a number of industries including: human resources; mining; tourism; marketing; finance; hospitality and government. Karl Morris from Ord Minnett Limited and Sarah Bairstow from Santos Limited, were the 2013 award recipients. Read more about Sarah, Karl and past winners.

Nominations for the Outstanding Alumnus Awards can be made by members of the Griffith Business School Alumni Network or the wider community. All alumni of Griffith University business and commerce, politics, tourism, leisure, hotel and sport, Asian studies and international relations programs are eligible for these awards, and need not be working in the discipline from which they graduated.

In order to best assist the judging panel, nominators are asked to provide written statements of support addressing the selection criteria - as well as providing the nominee's most recent curriculum vitae and other relevant supporting documents and information (for example, newspaper articles, awards, etc).
