From the Dean (Learning and Teaching)
Welcome
to the final edition of Business Bytes for 2010. With semester 2 almost over, I'm sure you're
all very busy with your final assignments and exams. I wish you all the best of luck with your study and
grades.
Some of you will be taking up a course, overseas exchange or internship over Summer
- we'd love to hear about your experiences (maybe we'll feature your story in a future edition
of Business Bytes!) - please forward any items of interest to our Editor, Alicia
Moran.
For those who are returning to study in 2011, we hope you have a restful break over
Summer - we look forward to seeing you again next year. If you are finishing your studies this semester,
congratulations! Graduating is a great achievement, one I hope you'll celebrate with your family (and
us) at the graduation receptions held by our Alumni Network
in December. We hope you'll continue to engage with us after you graduate - by joining our Alumni Network
(membership is free).
Finally, I hope you all enjoy reading about your classmates' achievements,
catching up with news from the School, and learning about forthcoming personal and professional development
opportunities - we hope you'll make the most of these and get involved!
