Sat 10th June 1pm till 3pm Footbike Have-a-go day Murarrie Recreational Reserve.  This is a 1.2km circuit, and is the best way to try out the Footbike over enough distance to really show you which and how many muscles Footbiking uses. It'll be an opportunity to get some technique training, and to see how good the Footbike is for toning and trimming. Bring along a group of friends, and/or your families, and make it an enjoyable afternoon. We will also have a couple of novice style races on the day. Kids from 5 and above are welcome to trial the kids model as well.  Please pre-register, to ensure that we have enough Footbikes, and coaches available.

Sun 11th Jun 7am (new time) Pink 100 training 52km Mango Hill Train station 2 full laps of the Petrie to Kippa-Ring cycle path.

Sun 18th June Brissie to the Bay 10, 25, 50, 100km options.  I will be doing 50km, and welcome anyone who would like to join in on the fun.  See www.brissietothebay.com.au
