Just a quick newsletter out to all
to update the Racing calendar, and our AGM date.
RACE Dates
The next
3 race days will occur on the following days and venues, and are all points races
QLD
Race day - 9th Nov - Nundah Track 1.2km time trial and 10km First race starts at 9am so be there at 8am
NSW Race Day - 23rd Nov - Waratah Park Sutherland 900m time trial and 10km, Race
start time is still to be confirmed but it will be between 12pm and 2pm
VIC Race
Day - 30th Nov - Belmont Track in Geelong 400m time trial and 10km First race starts at 2pm so be there
from 1pm to get ready.
All 3 events will be available for registration by the end of the week,
so please pre-register at https://footbike.com.au/event-registration/
Early bird entries required
at least one week before each event. Insufficient numbers will result in event cancellation.
AGM
This years annual AGM will be held on the 3rd November
at 4pm AEST and 5pm AEDT. It will be held online using Skype for business. If you can access
a web page on your computer, then you can access skype. All you need to do is pre-register (email
us at team footbike.com.au), so that we can send you a meeting invite back via email. It is
worth clicking in about 5 minutes beforehand to make sure you can join.

are up for renewal each year, and the following nominations have been already received for the re-election
of the current incumbent for the 2019/2020 season

If you would like to volunteer
yourself or nominate someone for any AFA positions, then please get their permission, and then email us
with that nomination. If more than one nomination is received for any of the above positions, other than
committee member, then a ballot will be held at the AGM.
Holding all our meetings using
Skype online, enables all members of the committee to login to the meetings from home, or even from their
mobile. More Interstate participation would be great.
A copy of the meeting agenda
will be forwarded to all participants 2 weeks prior to the meeting, so make sure we know of your interest
in participating in the meeting in plenty of time.
