Who would have thought, 3 months
ago, that we would be doing the things we are now having to do. In these unprecedented times, our lives
have been turned upside down.
As a result of the current legislation, we have had to postpone all group
kicks on the weekends. However at the moment, this doesn't stop you from going out kicking. We are allowed
to get out and exercise, but you'll just have to get out kicking on your own or with one other person.
If you do though, please make sure you observe all distancing guidelines. I know that most Kickbike
owners offer the public to have a quick trial kick, but sorry, you'll have to refrain from this practice
at this time.
Kickbike office and warehouse
The Kickbike warehouse is still
operational, and Kickbikes can still be purchased online and shipped nationwide. I'm afraid I am unable
to ship to New Zealand at this stage. We have introduced high levels of hygiene and sanitation throughout
our shipping process. This together with expected delays in the shipping process, may mean an extra day
or two for its actual arrival, but we appreciate your patience.
If you intend calling on our
warehouse to try a Kickbike before buying, then please phone first to book an appointment, so that we
can avoid groups arriving simultaneously. We have introduced extensive cleaning protocols of our
demo fleet, to ensure that we can still provide this service, but please bring your own sanitiser as an
added precaution. If you are unwell, then please postpone your appointment.
Over the last 3 months, Australia's essential services industries have been put
under huge pressure. The frontline people who have put their time and lives on the line, in the fires,
floods and current virus fighting, are very much appreciated by Kickbike Australia. As a token of
our support to all their efforts, we have decided to offer all Australian Essential services staff a 15%
discount on their purchases of Kickbikes for the next 6 months (Expires 31/10/20). All they need to do
is to prove their vocation for this to be applied.
The list of services this covers are SES, Firefighters
(incl volunteers firefighters), Police, Ambulance, Doctors, Nurses and Teachers. You have all done amazing
jobs lately, so it's now time for us to help you.
the 20th of April, we will be cancelling our 1300 number. Most telecommunications company's now offer
plans that include calls to mobiles nationwide, yet they charge us both to make calls to 1300 numbers,
including charging us for mobile time when you use a mobile. Most landline phone also have free
mobile calling, so we don't see the point in both of us paying for a service that is essentially included
in everyone's existing telephone plans.
If you have any questions at all, please contact
me on Ph 0407 699884
We wish you all the best in dealing with these difficult times, and we thank
you for your continued support.
