Congratulations to new Graduates

Eleven newly accredited Talent Dynamics Performance Consultants celebrated their recent graduation after their intensive week-long training provided by IPS Institute at the Gold Coast in Queensland. Graduates flew in from Perth, Adelaide, Sydney and Townsville to complete the training along with locals from Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

The pictured graduates (below) brought their existing professional skills and experience in training, management, recruitment, business and executive coaching, career coaching, business consultancy, counselling, organisational consultancy, holistic counselling and more to the room, and all agreed that Talent Dynamics will add a valuable and profitable new dimension to their current roles and/or businesses. Michelle Clarke, UK-based Talent Dynamics founder, was present to support Vicky Jennings, CEO of IPS and newly-accredited Talent Dynamics trainer. Terri Billington, also a new Talent Dynamics trainer in Australia, was on hand to assist as well.

All graduates are now busy capitalising on their new training and the business opportunities which are opening up to them. The Talent Dynamics UK founders and the Australian Licence holder, IPS Institute, offer ongoing support and business mentorship to all.

What I liked most was the experiential learning. The opportunity to debrief a live client was extremely useful. The various workshop exercises that we experienced and ran were both engaging and made powerful points.
